How to connect to Wifi
Go to settings>network and internet>tap internet>auto connect ( and be sure that it is to turn on when you get to a known Wifi network.)
How to check your notifications
Swipe from top to bottom and you will see all your notifications. Notifications are things like a new text message, new mail, or a calendar reminder.
Managing your photos
on your phone be sure you have the updated version of Google Photos. If you don't, then go to your Google Play store and download Google Photos.
on the computer you can see all your photos by going to Photos.google.com
Make text larger or smaller
settings> display>font size > use the slider to make the font larger

Go to your contacts>tap on the contact you would like to add a picture to> tap the little pencil at the top of the screen>tap add photo
customize the background of your phone
Change your wallpaper (screen background)
On the Home screen, touch and hold an empty space.
Tap Wallpapers.
Select a category to find wallpaper options. ...
Select an image.
Tap Set Wallpaper.
Choose where you want to see this wallpaper.
how to send photos along with an email or text
compose message : address it, write message then,
next to the body of where you compose your message you will see a small box with a very small image of some mountains in it. This will take you to your photos. You may also click the camera icon which will take a photo of something and attach it to the message.
How to permanently delete apps on an Android
Press and hold the app you want to remove.
Your phone will vibrate once, granting you access to move the app around the screen.
Drag the app to the top of the screen where it says "Uninstall."
Once it turns red, remove your finger from the app to delete it.
